Minor CAMA Permitting is currently being handled by Sandy Cady, Local Permit Officer for the Town of Duck. Ms. Cady's office is located in the Town Offices located at the Waterfront Shops, 1240 Duck Road, Suite 106, Duck, NC 27949. General and Major Permits are permitted through the Division of Coastal Management in Elizabeth City. Dare County Health Department handles all environmental/septic permits. Its office is located at the satellite office in Kill Devil Hills, 2601 N. Croatan Highway, and the telephone number is (252) 475-5080.
